Have you heard?

HGTV has arranged a special “Meet & Greet” with the hosts of their hit show “Flip or Flop” at Lakewood Center this Saturday, December 13 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Christina and Tarek El Moussa will be available near the “Santa HQ.”

The cutting-edge Santa’s village is in the mall’s center court and is one of only 10 nationwide. It was created through a partnership between the HGTV Network and Macerich (Lakewood Center’s parent company). Visitors to the HGTV event are invited to stay and experience this special holiday addition to the mall that turns getting a photo with Santa into a creative and innovative activity where families can take “ELFIE selfies,” star in their own holiday videos, and explore Santa’s Observatory using “ELF-RAY Vision.” There’s even a “Naughty O’ Nice Meter” to try out.

Flip or Flop airs Tuesday nights. The fast-paced episodes takes viewers through the trials of the couple working to refurbish and flip damaged, dirty and auctioned properties in Southern California. Fans of the program find a wealth of do-it-yourself solutions ideas along with seeing what can be done in the region’s diverse range of architectures — from ranch-style homes, mid-century modern layouts, Spanish-style and Craftsman-style properties.

Before going into real estate in 2001, I worked in the medical field. Found it very rewarding helping others and decided to make a switch and help those, who want to achieve the "American Dream". As a homeowner, I know the importance of home ownership and nothing gives me more pleasure than to place those keys into the hands of a new homeowner. I look forward to helping you, with all your real estate needs.
