20 new neighbors in area 23 (Lakewood Park)
13 new neighbors in area 24 (Lakewood Mutuals)
2 new neighbors in area 25 (Carson Park)
9 new neighbors in area 26 (East Lakewood)
2 new neighbors in area 27 (Imperial Estates North)
4 new neighbors in area 28 (Lakewood City)
0 new neighbors in area 30 (Lakewood Country Club Estates)
Don’t feel left out, presently there are 66 active single family homes in Lakewood. Market is looking real good, distressed sales are beginning to be a thing of the past. Presently there are only 4 distressed sales active in Lakewood.
